Buyer pays directly to Escrow.com
Escrow.com request the seller to transfer domain name to Escrow concierge account.

Escrow.com release the buyer's payment to the seller after the buyer verified domain name transferring successful.

Lessee (or Buyer) pay monthly lease directly from Escrow.com account after receive a transaction from us.
Lessee's (or Buyer's) payments will secure by Escrow.com
Domain name will transfer to Escrow.com domain name holding service within 24 hours after Escrow.com request us (seller) to transfer domain name to Escrow.com holding domain account.
Escrow holding account holds domain name until the end of Lease maximum 60 months.
Lessee (or Buyer) control and manage domain name server (DNS) via Escrow.com account.
Lessee (or Buyer) pay the final payment to purchase domain name at the end of contract.
Escrow.com transfer domain to the buyer's registrar after the final payment is completed or all payments are completed.
Escrow.com release the final payment to the seller after the buyer verified domain name transferring successful.

*Buyer can stop payment or cancel contract at any time without cost or fee charge.

** Escrow contract can not cancel or change the details without the buyer's (Lessee) consent.

*** Domain name can not transfer out or the seller can not sale domain name to others while domain stay in Escrow domain name holding account.

Buyer pays the first payment and Escrow transaction fees 50%. We pay 50% Escrow transaction fees* (* For Buy Now, Pay Later). The buyer payments through directly to Escrow.com
For Payment Plan, the buyer has to pay all escrow transaction fees and Escrow domain name holding service fees.
Buyer's payment will secure and hold by Escrow.com
